As door structures vary, different smart door locks may be needed for installation. We will identify the lock that best fits your door. Before consultation, please take a photo of your current door lock, door and gate. Follow the ‘Door Measurement Guideline’ attached below.
Q2: What are the requirements to install Smart Door Lock?
1. Special doors (iron door, fence door, double lock door, glass security door, hidden lock, etc.) cannot be installed
2. The door thickness should be between 40 - 120 mm
3. The distance between the center of the mortise and the front and rear door
4. Panels should be greater than 20mm
5. The standard mortise (68x60) can be replaced and installed based on requirement
